D3, a New York-based design stewardship organization and publisher, has recently opened registrations for Natural Systems 2014, one of its annual architectural design competitions. The Competition invites architects, designers, engineers, and students to collectively explore the potential of analyzing, documenting, and deploying nature-based influences in architecture, urbanism, interiors, and designed objects. The First prize for 2014 is $1250 in cash; Second and Third place prizes and several Special Mentions will also be announced.
